Meet PATRICIA

Patricia has been a Broker Assistant and Office Manager for the Bigfork branch of Clearwater Montana Properties for several years. With over 20 years of experience in staff training and supervision, consumer lending and international banking practices, and security and compliance enforcement, she excels at providing attention to every detail.

Patricia manages the office and coordinates the flow of communication by following every transaction from the point of a finalized buy sell agreement through to closing. Now a licensed REALTOR®, she is in constant contact with both the title companies and the clients to ensure that each real estate transaction is progressing properly.

Patricia thrives on maintaining current knowledge of real estate laws, facts, finance opportunities, and improvements to protect every client. By doing this, she is able to provide a successful transaction for all Clearwater Montana clients.

Patricia believes strongly in supporting her community and schools. She was an elected Bigfork High School Board Member for 6 years, a Swan River School District Board Trustee for 1 year, a past Bigfork Chamber of Commerce President, is currently the Secretary of the Bigfork Chamber of Commerce and an elected Board of Directors Member for 9 years. She also volunteers countless hours for endless community improvement causes and loves to give back. She currently lives in the Flathead Valley with her husband, two grown sons and their growing families.
